Terms And Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions of hire before you make a booking. When receiving a booking from you, the Customer, by phone or E-mail we will take it that you have read and understood the terms and conditions on this page.

Inclusion Policy:

The Foam Team does not and shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion (creed), gender, gender expression, age, national origin (ancestry), disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or military status, in any of its activities or operations. These activities include, but are not limited to, hiring and firing of staff, selection of volunteers and vendors, and provision of services. We are committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment for all members of our staff, clients, volunteers, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.  

Supervised Children:

The Foam Team does always require a parent or responsible adult to be present at and in visual contact of any Foam Party event.  The parent or responsible adult must at all times provide supervision of the event. This supervision requires focused attention and intentional observation of children at all times. In the event supervision is not provided, The Foam Team will end the service and depart the location without opportunity for any sort of refund.  

General Release/Indemnity/Hold Harmless:

You, The Customer will take all necessary precautions regarding the items rented/equipment, and protect all persons and property from injury or damage. The customer acknowledges that they are in charge of the operation and are fully responsible for its safe operation.  Customer acknowledges and agrees that The Foam Team is not responsible for any injury occurring to the Customer, or any guest of Customer, or to any other person at the even.  Customers agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless The Foam Team from and against any and all liability, claims, judgments, attorney fees, and cost, of every kind and nature, including, but not limited to, injuries, or death to persons. I, the customer understand and acknowledge that play in or around foam entails both known and unknown risks including, but not limited to, physical injury from falling, slipping, crashing, or colliding, emotional injury, paralysis, distress, damage, or death to any participant. 

Access to Water and Electricity 

We will require access to both water and electricity for your event.  A standard outside water faucet and 3-pronged electrical outlet will be required within 50 ‘ of any event.  Please let us know in advance if this is an issue or with any questions.  Please note if we arrive and do not have access, we will not be able to set up the equipment and you will still be responsible for the full cost of the scheduled event.

Payment Policy:

All payments for events will be collected by The Foam Team at the time of the event, prior to the set up of the equipment.  We accept credit cards and cash.  

Refund Policy:

All sales are final.  No refund will be given for any reason.

Deposit Policy:

A valid credit card or debit card is required to reserve your reservation. A $50.00 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required in order to book a Foam Party. 

Cancelation Policy:

You may cancel your event up to 14 days prior with no penalty beyond the loss of your NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. You may cancel your event up to 7 days prior.  There is a $100 cancelation fee imposed unless your time slot is booked by another party.  Any cancelation within 7 days of the event will be billed at full price unless your time slot is booked by another party.  

Bad Weather:

Foam Parties are usually outside and affected by the weather. There may be occasions when the weather does not want to cooperate with your scheduled party. In the event of severe weather (lightning, very high winds, flooding and/or rain) we may (and reserve the right to) reschedule your service to guarantee the safety of you, your guests, our staff, and equipment. If the threat of these storms threatens your party and you are aware in advance (pending or anticipated major storm or another strong weather event) please contact us to begin the rescheduling.  


You may serve alcohol at your event or party; however, we reserve the right to refuse, cancel or cut short any party or booking when alcohol is being served if we, at our discretion, deem the safety of our staff, equipment or participants is compromised in any way. Drugs of any sort will not be tolerated in or around the Foam Party, The Foam Team, or our equipment   Any observed use of illegal narcotics or legal narcotics used in an illegal manner may result in the termination of the party immediately.


Neither The Foam Team nor any of its employees shall be responsible for any damage to property.  This includes both above-ground and below-ground property/equipment damage including but not limited to grass, plants, animals, buildings, trees, pools, furniture, or any other property. Additionally, we reserve the right to charge the client’s credit card for damages to the equipment resulting from the careless or willful damage of same by clients or guests. Neither The Foam Team nor its employees assume any responsibility for any injuries sustained on the client’s property or their designated location. All liability for damages or injuries are the sole responsibility of the client and/or host.  


While your event is in effect The Foam Team may be taking pictures of the party, guest, the event space, and any other involved area.  We may use these on our Facebook page or our website or any other marketing and promotion purposes. If you do not want us taking these pictures, please notify The Foam Team prior to the start of the event.


The Foam Team is there to make sure that your event is amazing and fun for everyone. Tipping for good service is a great idea, but not required.  Any tips to the Owner of The Foam Team are placed in a fund to provide no-cost Foam Parties to members of our community.  

Privacy Policy:

The Foam Team is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect on the site to make bookings as simple as possible and to enhance your overall experience. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.  We do not store any payment information in our systems and use well-established payment processors for payment processing to ensure safe transactions.
